VICÍ is owned by Advanced Institute of Hair Design, Inc, whose principal owners are Penelope Rushing and Marvin Rushing. Together they have skilled a dedicated team of experienced instructors, trained in all aspects of hair, skin, and nail esthetics and related sciences. Our focused administrative and support staff help to ensure that you are salon ready.
