If you're excited about the prospect of training at VICÍ, here's all you need to do to get started:

Submit a completed enrollment application and $35 application fee
Download VICÍ Aveda Institute application
Download VICÍ Beauty School application
Download VICÍ Madison Beauty School application
Submit a copy of your high school transcripts
Submit a copy of your high school diploma, GED certificate, high school
equivalency diploma or proof of graduation
Submit a copy of your birth certificate or other proof of U.S. Citizenship
Submit a copy of your driver's license or state identification card
Submit a copy of your social security card
Display suitability for this profession based on personal tour and/or personal interview with an Admissions Representative or Ad
ministrative Personnel (Requirements of interview process are available upon written request)
Take and pass the Adult Placement Indicator, if required
